Traffic International in Vietnam signs cooperation agreement with VECOM

Download Vietnam eBusiness Index 2015 was built based in the last year of the implementation of Master Plan for E-commerce Development termed 2011-2015 in accordance with Decision no. 1703/QD-Ttg issued 12th July 2010 by the Prime Minister.
