Conference Objectives
The conference is organized to:
Introduce the new highlights of the E-commerce Law and its guiding implementation documents, supporting businesses and related organizations to update and properly comply with legal regulations.
Create a discussion forum between State management agencies, e-commerce platform operating enterprises, supporting service providing enterprises, and online business organizations and individuals.
Connect law dissemination activities with implementation capacity enhancement, contributing to promoting the sustainable development of Vietnam's e-commerce.
Key Contents
The tentative program consists of the following main contents:
Opening remarks by the leadership of the Vietnam E-commerce and Digital Economy Agency.
Special topic introducing the new highlights of the E-commerce Law and Decree No. 248/2026/ND-CP.
Panel discussion between regulatory agencies, the E-commerce Association, e-commerce platforms, businesses, and related units on implementing the law in practice.
Special topic "Sustainable E-commerce Development" presented by the Vietnam E-commerce Association.
Signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between VECOM and partners in sustainable e-commerce development activities.
Participants
The conference expects the participation of around 100 delegates, including representatives from ministries, sectors, Departments of Industry and Trade, State management agencies, e-commerce platform operating enterprises, supporting service providing enterprises (payment, logistics, delivery, transport), online business organizations and individuals, sellers on e-commerce platforms and social networks, alongside training units and related organizations.
