On October 10, 2024, the Vietnam E-commerce Association collaborated with the Vietnam Academy of Policy and Development to organize the Unitour 2024 program with the theme "Catch the Trend - Lead the Future." The event attracted a large participation of over 400 students, experts, and those interested in the field of e-commerce. Opening the program, Dr. Nguyen The Hung, Vice President of the Vietnam Academy of Policy and Development, delivered a warm welcome speech. He emphasized the necessity of grasping new trends in digital business and encouraged students to proactively learn and apply this knowledge in practice. He pointed out that e-commerce is thriving thanks to the rise of technology and new consumer habits, while emphasizing the role of artificial intelligence and automation in improving customer experience.
Ms. Nguyen Vu Nguyet Minh, a representative of the DOPPELHERZ brand, shared about Emotional Quotient (EQ) and its importance in career development. She emphasized that high EQ helps individuals succeed in the work environment thanks to good communication and teamwork skills.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Linh, Senior Public Affairs Manager at Grab Vietnam, shared the company's digital transformation journey, explaining that digital transformation is not just about applying technology but also a comprehensive change in the way operations are organized.
Finally, Ms. Huong Vu, a lecturer at Lazada Academy and Co-Founder of Nova Pharma, provided practical information on how to do business effectively on e-commerce platforms, emphasizing the importance of choosing the right products and optimizing the sales process.
After the presentations, the seminar transitioned into a lively discussion.
