VECOM in collaboration with Google, Haravan, Vietnam Post and VISA successfully organized the last session of Retail University – Promoting e-business for New Retail Enterprises, ending 3 weeks of teaching (from November 14, 2020 to November 29, 2020) at both ends of the country's bridges, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
The class in Hanoi took place at Vietnam Post headquarters with the participation of nearly 100 business representatives
Through 4 teaching sessions in each city, the program aims to build a knowledge foundation for Vietnam's retail industry, contributing to equiping retail businesses with the tools they need to grow their online business, helping to optimize digital platforms and tools to reach customers and grow their business in the most effective way.

Under the guidance and sharing from trainers of Vietnam Digital 4.0 Launcher program with representatives of VECOM, Haravan, Vietnam Post and VISA; the content of the program is divided into 13 modules with statistics from the market, the most up-to-date knowledge and the most practical examples for topics:
- Build a professional website & online brand
- Grow revenue and maximize sales ad performance with Google Smart Shopping
- Analyze business performance reports & professional marketing with Google Analytics
- Order processing process – pay online and maximize the frequency of purchases of old customers with Loyalty Marketing

The program received positive feedback and many contributions from representatives of retail businesses. Following the success of the program, in the future, VECOM plans to continue organizing more useful programs / training courses, helping businesses to maximize the potential of the online market with 68 million Vietnamese users.
