Ho Chi Minh City, November 6, 2020, Vietnam E-commerce Association organized the Fulfillment Service Forum 2020. This is the 5th year the forum has been organized by the Vietnam E-Commerce Association and attracted the attention of the community.
This year's forum is the main theme of "Breakthrough year-end sale season" as an opportunity for stakeholders to link, cooperate and discuss digital transformation activities in the field of delivery - fulfilling orders to meet the rapidly increasing demand and increasingly demanding needs of online consumers.
The first session of the forum was themed "E-COMMERCE AND ORDER COMPLETION SERVICES" discussing the inevitable movement trends of retailers, sustainable Logistics solutions and legal notes when doing business online and implementing order completion services.
The opening of the 1st session was a presentation by Ms. Le Thi Nga – Director of Sapo.vn with the theme "Shifting the trend of completing orders of retailers). She said the shift was rapid from traditional delivery to using apps and automated systems that connect with shipping units. Ms. Nga said that there have been many problems when the sales season is large, the number of orders increases but personnel do not meet customer care problems, packing delays lead to accounts on e-commerce floors are locked.
"There are many retailers that have experienced out-of-stock incidents but have not updated in time in the channels and then been fined. When delayed checking customers' applications, many e-commerce platforms (e.g. retailers) will process or even close accounts", Ms. Nga said.
To solve the above problems, the shop has optimized the process by dividing into many different levels and stages to optimize the operating system. In addition, when choosing avcvc as a delivery channel, the retailer consumes a lot of resources to make orders on the partner's web / app, and can not control the control over the customer.
Sharing about address codes developed on the digital map platform and Vpostcode national postal code for transportation activities, Mr. Le Quoc Anh, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Post, said that the platform will support postal, logistics and e-commerce businesses to improve quality. , optimizing the transfer operation, increasing accuracy and reducing the transfer of refunds.
