(According to Vietnam E-Business Index Report 2023) In addition to the general difficulties of the world economy along with many unfavorable domestic factors, it has negatively impacted the development of economics and trade. our country, especially in the last months of 2022 and extending into 2023. However, continuing the previous two waves of growth, the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM) estimates that our country's e-commerce still maintains a growth rate of over 25% and reaches a scale of over 20 billion USD.

The two most important marks of e-commerce today can be mentioned as:

The number of new online consumers continues to increase in both quantity and quality: i) Consumers buy more, the purchase value is increasingly higher; ii) A large number of buyers have become smarter consumers, more proficient in online shopping skills.
Merchants, especially e-commerce businesses, have actively transformed digitally: Transforming digitally to adapt to the pandemic as well as prepare for business operations in the "new normal" state.

Human resources for e-commerce: along with the new business growth trend and the revolution in the application of IT, e-commerce & architects in the community, the need for high-quality human resources for the e-commerce & architecture industry becomes even more urgent. ever.
Digital gap: for many years, about 70% of retail e-commerce scale is still concentrated in the two economic centers of Hanoi and City. HCM. Meanwhile, the remaining 61 provinces and cities are places with a large population, great trade opportunities and especially a diverse and quality supply of goods, but have not been promoted to develop commensurate with their advantages and potential. available capacity.
Green e-commerce: along with rapid development, e-commerce also gradually reveals some negative impacts on the environment, so there needs to be many policies to encourage and promote e-commerce development. accompanied by environmental protection, towards a green e-commerce platform.

Implementing Decision No. 2924/QD-BCT dated December 28, 2022 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on approving the National Program on Trade Promotion in 2023, the Vietnam E-commerce Association organized the Program Trade connection program between suppliers and export businesses and trade promotion organizations.

Location: Vietnam - Soviet Friendship Labor Culture Palace, 91 Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.
The program consists of two parts:

Part 1: Display and exhibition area to introduce products and connect trade between suppliers, export businesses, businesses providing e-commerce solutions and trade promotion support units commercial.
Part 2: Seminar on Online Marketing and new trends in the field of online export. The conference includes 3 sessions:
