The Vietnam E-Commerce Association (VECOM) solemnly announces with profound sorrow:
Mr. NGUYỄN NGỌC DŨNG – Former Chairman of the Vietnam E-Commerce Association (VECOM) – passed away at 13:00 today, March 3, 2026 (the 15th day of the first lunar month, Year of Bính Ngọ).
Mr. Nguyễn Ngọc Dũng served as Chairman of VECOM for the fourth term (2021–2025) and was relieved of this position on January 16, 2026. Prior to becoming Chairman, he held the position of Vice Chairman and Head of the VECOM Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City.
He also undertook numerous other roles, including Lecturer, E-commerce Advisor, Consultant, and Legal Training Expert in E-commerce and Information and Communications for universities and training centers.
His passing is a tremendous loss to the Vietnam e-commerce community.
The Vietnam E-Commerce Association extends its deepest and most heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones.
