The Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM) organizes the Annual Event: Vietnam Online Business Forum (VOBF)2023 with the theme "Smart-Ecommerce" in Hanoi on April 18th/ 2023 and in Ho Chi Minh City on April 20, 2023 with a scale of more than 2500 individuals and businesses operating in the field of e-commerce in Vietnam and internationally.
Vietnam E-commerce Overview Forum (VOBF) organized by VECOM since 2017 is an annual event gathering a large number of the e-commerce community. After 6 years of organization, the forum has created a wide spread, becoming a valuable destination and many opportunities for exchange and learning, extremely valuable for the e-commerce industry in Vietnam.

Following the success of the Vietnam E-commerce Overview Forum in 2022, this year, VOBF 2023 chose the topic "SMART E-COMMERCE" as the main topic of the forum. In which, Smart Tech and Smart Solutions are the two most important aspects.
In each city, the forum took place all day from 8:00 to 17:30, and was organized in four sessions, two in the morning and two in the afternoon.
