As a basis for reviewing and evaluation the implementation of Decision 222 and supporting the implementation of the Prime Minister's Decision No. 1073/QD-TTg of July 12, 2010 approving the Master Plan for e-commerce development for the period 2011 -2015, in 2010, the Ministry of Industry and Trade organized an investigation and survey on the situation of e-commerce applications in 3,400 enterprises across the country. Based on the data collected, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has conducted analysis, synthesis and gave comprehensive assessment of the current status of e-commerce applications of enterprises in 2010.
